Day 9 of 100 - 07/27 - aka THE most productive day so far!
You guys, you're never going to believe how productive today was. I still can't believe I'm the same girl who wrote about struggling to get out of a mental block few days ago.
I woke up at 5.30 AM! Yeah, you read that right! I WOKE UP AT BLOODY 5.30 IN THE MORNING! I did my workout, showered, studied for 2 hours straight, went to work, came back, studied for 2 hours again and then here I am, excitedly reflecting on how productive I have been today.
Turning off my alarm was reallly tempting this morning, but do you know what helped? That plan I built yesterday. I hit the snooze at 5 AM and laid in my bed thinking, aah here I go again, the classic me! Always drawing plans and then never getting around to execute them. But then I remembered that post I did a few days ago about changing, nothing changes if nothing changes. And I went, not this time. This time I'm going to stick to my plan and follow it! And so, I was out in my backyard at 6 in the morning, doing Chloe Ting workouts.
Oh yes, I've started the Chloe Ting 2 week shred programme again. I did it a few months ago and it gave me some pretty decent results so I thought of giving it a shot again. (Let me know if you're doing it too!)
So, my key takeaways from today are:
You always start somewhere. I started with the post those days ago, it motivated me to get up today.
Have a plan. If there's ever a situation where you're stuck between should I or should I not, that plan will really guide you.
