Day 30 done!!! (Apologies, the before picture was extremely blurry and I didn’t even notice 😅) my #100squatsadayfor30days challenge is over and here’s what I’ve noticed: 1. While there is no huge outward difference, I can feel that the muscles in my legs are more toned (which is 👌🏻 now I just gotta get rid of the flab 😂) and 2. I measured myself before I started this whole thing and after measuring myself today I’ve notice that my thighs and butt have gone up 1/2 and inch (which isn’t too bad at all considering I already have a large ass 😂) I’m proud that I’ve managed to stick with this challenge and up next is 50 sit-ups a day for 30 days.
