I really need to be more careful. I don’t know what happened last night but I haven’t eaten much in the past 4 days but I work up with my heart racing and i was incredibly cold and I felt so weak and I couldn’t feel my hands. So i managed to get up and go to the kitchen and have an apple and a bit of juice because I know I needed the calories. But it just scared me because if something was really wrong, no one would be there to help. I’m living alone in my apartment right now so no one would even know that I was hurt or dead or whatever for a while. I’m scaring myself but I kind of like it. Maybe I’ll just have a little more than vodka and coke for dinner from now on.
