Didn't realise this had released with watchable subs, so finally watched it right now lol. Pretty good stuff! It's not really about anything - stuff happens obviously, mostly an exploration of how Kumiko navigates being club president and what that entails - but by and large it's fairly uneventful, doesn't even really go into great depth with the aforementioned president Kumiko stuff. But it's a nice and entertaining watch, I'd describe it as being quite slow and cosy even. Honestly for being the first animated Hibike thing in about 4 years I think offering that alone is nice - an excuse to check back in on these characters and get to know some new faces as well. Kind of a mental checkpoint before season 3 as well. Just quite a nice time all around.
