First time I've weighed myself since exams and I'm back up to 122lb. At least now I have nothing else to focus on, I'll be steering clear of junk food!
17.07/13 Day 3 of (sort of doing) the master cleanse
So yesterday I ate a little more than day 1 as I was ridiculously hungry at tea time:
Breakfast: SWF and 1 glass of lemonade
Dinner: 1 apple 1 carrot
Tea: small salad with grilled chicken.
Laxatee before bed (ewwww).
Really, I'm not actually doing the master cleanse am I? I'm just drinking that rank lemonade instead of breakfast, not eating enough calories all day and then taking laxatives.. hhhmmmm not the healthiest of diet plans, but its only for 10 days.
Unhealthy it may be but it is working superbly.
Day 1 weigh in 126lb
Day 2 weigh in 123lb
Day 3 weigh in 122lb
Overall weight loss 4lb in 2 days! very happy! only 4lb to go until my 1st goal weight :)
already burnt 160 calories walking the puppy, have body balance and body pump tonight and I'm just about to go complete day 10 of the 30 day squat and abs challenge.
