Baden im Wortfluss,

wo das Wasser trüb ist

von Schwebstoffen,

wo Baustellenschlamm und

Gletschersuppe sich

gute Nacht sagen,

baden im Sediment der Zeit,

Seediment,

Sehdiment,

Partikel und Tropfen auf der Haut,

ob gegen oder

mit dem Strom, wenn ich

aus dem Fluss steige

dichte ich aufs Badetuch

Proud of myself today. Managed to activate my card. A busy day at work, still managed to come home at a reasonable time and walk the dog for 40 mins and clean him up after. Made a new dish at dinner, saved some for lunch, had a bath which was annoyingly interrupted but did a masque treatment on my hair. Changed bedsheets despite being exhausted and managed to get tech working on my phone for therapy tomorrow. Also did some much needed pelvic Floor therapy this eve... my frustration levels were off the charts several points this afternoon and I again find myself turning back to how on earth could I have children. I feel so harangued and busy these days even without. But I will remember, that's a problem to be considered in 4 years time, I've got other stuff that's more immediate to deal with. I'm doing well with this new position, I have to focus on that. I must remember part of my process is my brain feeling like it's fizzing over when I'm learning so much new stuff...
