Debrief: An excellent game played by the sharks. We won against NSH finally, the 15 game lose streak comes to an end. I'll never understand the way we play a mediocre game against subpar teams but win against great ones.
1st period started off with the sharks gaining control of the tempo of the game, great defensive action, taking control of the puck, Warso taking Leddy and Klingberg off the line will give you that (shocking decision). 2nd period Cherny got an insane wrist shot assisted by Ekky and Misa in a powerplay. 3rd period Mack got that great goal assisted by Cherny and Smitty (Will's playmaking IQ really shined here), than that empty netter by Mack assisted by Graf.
Defence was on fire tonight, penalty kills were great, Mukh was awesome in the 2nd period, Cagnoni was lovely throughout tonight, Ned's saves were beautiful. The refs need to get checked out. We really needed this win.
