Stratos (Armed Phenomenon) from Azure Striker Gunvolt

"Stratos "The Gluttonous Fly" is another Adept member of the Sumeragi Swordsmen. His Septima, The Fly, allows to control and disassemble into fly-like particles that can devour anything and back as well as shape giant jaws to crush things. If it wasn't evident enough his design motif is flies and assorted pests which evocate Beelzebub. I like his depiction as gluttony because lots of characters with that motif in media kinda just amount to "big person who eats a lot". Stratos is gaunt and starving and his body while transformed is a flickering flame that desperately needs food to keep it together."
