today’s food was:

for breakfast: fried egg sandwich, coffee with sugar and cream, and raspberries (359)

for lunch: yakitori chicken with japanese style fried rice, and coffee with sugar and cream (440)

for dinner: homemade meatloaf with mashed potatoes, and cauliflower with ranch dressing (576)

for snacks: banana with peanut butter & Fluff, six pieces of California roll, 2 homemade macadamia-nut-and-toffee cookies, and a bowl of homestyle popcorn (720)

total: (2095) & 76f : 242c : 65p

today’s work was:

30 minutes walking at about 3.5 mph

30 or so minutes of lifting things around the house (like bookcases)

In the picture I can see two people: a woman and a men. They are in a shop. The woman is propably buying brand-new clothes. I think they are quite expensive because the man who is a shop assistant is elegant and the shop looks modern. The woman seems to be happy because of buying new things. The man put a smile on his face but I think he has to do it and he isn’t really glad because of his work.

We buy things we don’t need with money we don’t have to impress people we don’t like (guess who said this)

2. Why are credit cards better then cash?

I think using a credit card is much safer. The PIN saves our money from being stolen. We don’t have to bother about loose change as well. Paying by credit card is also faster. As we can see there are only advantages.

3. Do you like shopping?

Yes, I do. Shopping gives me pleasure. I enjoy doing it. When I have some freetime I like go to a mall and buy something or just go around and hang out.

Hi, everyone!

Do you like shopping? For many people it's fun, for some it's a duty and for certain people it's an addiction. I'm not addicted to it but I like shopping. 

Although I don't like spending money because I'm quite frugal but buying new thing gives me pleasure. I enjoy doing it. Going around and looking for new items isn't my favorite part of shopping but I don't mind it as well. I only can't stand shopping befor holidays. It's horrible because queques are enormous then.

Nowadays there are a lot of adverts which have to convince us to buy something. I don't care about them. Adverts or commercials don't influence on me at all. I know adverts aren't telling us the whole truth so I don't trust them.

Hi, everyone!

I'm in two minds about what can I tell you today. There are so many things I want to talk about. Unfortunately, I have only very few time. So, how about a talk about weather? There haven't been snowing in Olsztyn since November. It's grey and drably. The only good thing is there are good weather conditions for driving. I personally am glad because of it because I'm a green driver and want to gain some more experiance before I will have to drive on a slippery road. I can't wait until holidays. I need a rest. How do you feel about holidays? Bye!
