To think outside the box, create new rules and do with your space what you so damn well please..is all the point of it, right?! Hell yeah it is!! Freedom by any means!! You can literally do whatever you want!! If you’re struck with an idea, let the new “challenge” be to push through your own boundaries and act on it, FIRST...as if it were impulsive. Do it as close to the moment the idea comes to you, so that you don’t let overthinking ruin the gift. Think about it after, perfect as you go...just make sure you make your move! What’s the worst thing that could happen? You end up looking silly, maybe?
