see i can even buy dean saying jack isn't family. i don't like it. but i see it as dean trying to convince himself that this is the right move. that allowing jack to sacrifice himself will ultimately be a good call. that any reluctance dean feels is based on his stupid, weak, human feelings and if he has a divine destiny he has to let go of all that shit.
i don't agree with him. but i see the mental gymnastics he's doing and i feel sympathy for him.
