The Beatles rehearse for Blackpool Night Out filmed at the ABC Theatre in Blackpool on the 1st August 1965. This was the Beatles only TV appearance to promote Help! The little black fluffy creature at the front of the stage in some of the photos is Tivvy The Bird, a mascot of the TV Times magazine which cropped up in various TV shows.

Got up v early coz of jet lag and went to the loo before falling back asleep and waking up again at 9. David made us some beautiful blueberry pancakes and then we got into swim stuff and cycled to a swing rope. tony happened to be there and showed us how to do it and I nearly died which was fun :) after a while we cycled back via the pharmacy for Sarah to pick up some stuff. got back and lay down for a bit before Rachel came round and we went to the river to chill. then tony picked us up at 4 and drove us to Bangor for the fair there. I acc went on some rides and didn't die by felt like i was gunna :) had some chips and a massive pink lemonade for food before more rides and other stuff. headed home around 10 and dropped by some place to get Meg and tony some frozen yogurt. I'm so dead now and just want sleeps
