Prussia: He loves Gilen, They get along great! for short period of time that is. They have completely different energy type. Prussia is energetic 24/7 and can’t stay still. Gilenis 100% introvert and needs his alone time. So at the end of the 3 days, Gilbert will be antsy and Gilen would be crying

Italy: Despite how hard Feli tries, Luciano hates him. It will be three days full of yelling, tears, hair taring, and many broken plates of pasta that have been thrown around

Russia: While they aren’t particularly friends, they can deal with each other for long periods of time. The only trouble they have will be in Ivan decides his pipe needs to meet a friend.
