the mind-blank, the soul-shake or shirk, shrink & dine with those who truly need to be left behind
to their own kind, to their own devices, as adults in salt mines cogitate to solve the crisis
of fates endangered by all of their lies, unabated cries of lots victimized every season; then, hearing the predators surmise: 'they’re hating on us for no good reason' & me, faux surprised-
at the Orwellian flip of patriotism for treason, it stands to reason - somewhere in our melting pot's grief stew, seasoned salt’s just not there, or somehow in someways askew
& leavening in the dough - it’s likewise amiss - when the ‘revenant uprising’ show re-enlists the likes of a ‘heil he’ who we despised & dismissed first go-round, o’er hill & dale - on valhalla’d grounds & run thoroughly through - in say, World War deux; (mic down.)
shot 2:
ramp up my immunity to any false unity for appearance sake, when the fire-sale on good, common sense is not a hot-pocket or a deep fake; or on some condensed Fox’s-tale of the mixtape
infused amongst the cattle & spread every which day by their news hacks & the play-by-pay of retread crews in blue slacks in sous-suites where they prattle off the blues & brew sourdough mead they make there anew.
but not given to snooze - is this motley crew or chewing a cud - but pulling our heads up, shiving through muckrakers & mud from modern day living;
fired up - we’ll stay wired & well-squired for luck; pretension-clear in unbranded gear yet untucked; unembossed with the shuck-n-jive & lost costs & lines in the sand to be inevitably crossed,
then amended - so plans of the once tossed aside can be defended on history’s pages, rescribed
by this-story's sages in glorious scripts over stages,
eventually into cinema's good graces in vast, various places englaced with class, projected in spaces & rolled out en masse; at last - the scenes of a new, sound regime letting freedom break free from its enforced fast,
