i first thought it was Nabirales when we first heard Solus's voice. But then i was like how is that possible??!

but it’s unlikely to be the case. they wouldn’t take away the one kill we actually got away cleanly with ourselves (lahaboo and iggy were kinda a mess). there are certainly some parallels (see also: nabriales’ epithet as ‘the majestic,’ a word with certain connotations and ALSO appearing in the name of jenomis cen lexentale’s theatre company, which counted solus as its patron) but it’s a long, long shot.

it has not stopped me from projecting all my thwarted desires for solus on a more accessible target--or at least one we’re likely to know all there is to know about.
