I've learned that my voice is a valid one at the table. This has given me a lot of confidence to keep growing and keep doing the things I love. #newyear #memorablemoments #2017wrapup Also, I just discovered that Kyle's Brushes are all free on Photoshop CC so I've been playing with all the cool halftone brushes and inking brushes.

This was supposed to be posted yesterday but by the time I finished setting it up, I didn’t have very good light to take the picture! 😭 - Anywho, these were (most) of my favorite reads from 2017! There’s a few that I only have the ebooks of that are missing, but for the most part this is all of them. - In 2017 I didn’t really start reading heavily until June. I had only read maybeeeee 5 books in the months before then. I set my reading goal at 75 though and accomplished it by reading 80 books last year! For 2018 I’ve challenged myself to read 100 books. I think I can do it! - In 2017 I was introduced to some of my now favorite established authors such as @laurathalassa, @sabaatahir, @amy_a_bartol, @therealsjmaas, @lbardugo, @veschwab, @marissameyerauthor, @taherehmafi and @maggie_stiefvater, in addition to discovering debut authors such as @margaret_rogerson, @sarahollandwrites and @megannewrites. Needless to say I’ve jumped into the fandoms of these books and there’s no going back now. - Did you read any of these in 2017? This year has been a crazy one.
