PARTY TIME. I was SO waiting for crossing that 20-line, because it was so hard to reach. Now when I least expected, it happened. Weighed myself this morning and went all WHAT THE HELL. I've been eating a bit badly through the past weeks, and I thought I was stressed by work but I guess it's nothing compared to the stress I had during December/January, so the weight is going down again.
The huge thing here is that I've lost 2kgs in a month, even when I haven't been able to go to the gym AT ALL. I moved to the new place, and since I'm working 8 hours a day, my dog can't be by himself all day long, so I have to be home during the evenings. But I will be going to the gym tomorrow with my sister, so that's gooood.
My daily rhythm has also changed COMPLETELY. I go to bed usually before 9pm, and wake up 4:50am. Then I go for a walk with my dog, I love to go on that time of a morning when there's nobody else there, since my dog is a bit tricky with other dogs, so it's so much easier to just go when there's no other dogs around. Plus the air is fresh then, and it's so quiet and beautiful. I can't wait for few months to go quick, so that when the day starts earlier and earlier, it's already sunrise at that time of the day. Now the sunrise is when I walk to work around 7:20am. But yeah, I eat a good breakfast every morning, and then I eat a lot of bananas, apples and other stuff at work. Today I bought carrots and ate those, they were really good. Gonna take those for tomorrow, too.
Overall it's going great. I mean, I weight 20kgs more than I did 14 months ago. It's NUTS.
I should make some kind of jar or something that shows my progress for me every day. It would motivate A LOT. Yeah, gotta do that. I already know where I can get that jar from, with a cheap price. Haa.
