piss me off syndrome
Healing feels like waiting in a room with no clock.
PCOD aur acne ki mkc🤬😡😤
Is it just me or do fat people are likely to get diagnosed with pcoD (disorder) while conventionally slim or skinny people get diagnosed with pcoS (syndrome).....
I am fat and I was diagnosed with pcod when I was 14 and again with it when I was 19, got put on broth control for 3 months, REFUSED to continue with that, even though I experience the so called qualifying factors for pcos. Besides the complimentary medical fatphobia, I've noticed how skinny people get diagnosed with pcos so much more quickly than fat people like me. We're told to lose weight and control our diet, like it already hasn't been proven that pcos causes easy weight gain and also makes it harder to lose it.
Some things about PCOS/PCOD nobody talks about :-
When others think that you are just lazy and overweight but you put in your everything to lose weight you get no results. When you have no control over your anger and others think that you are crazy. When others give suggestions like eating clean, workout but PCOD/PCOS is much more than eating clean....it's definitely about mood swings, hormonal imbalance, no hunger at all or overeating, sleeping all day, or no sleep at all....
So if you know somebody who's suffering from this...I hope you know that they are not bad or crazy....they are just suffering alone and have no control over themselves.
A PCOD and PCOS diet plan emphasizes balanced nutrition to manage symptoms and improve hormonal health. It includes high-fiber foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, along with lean proteins and healthy fats. Reducing processed foods and refined sugars helps control insulin levels, while anti-inflammatory foods, such as berries and fatty fish, support overall health and weight management.
