How can my arms be so sore that my 10 pound baby is too heavy?

I'm extremely sore in the arms and legs from yesterday at work. I helped with unloading the truck (it was my first time btw) with my new friends that I work with and let me tell ya, it's tough! It was like working out at the gym. I had fun in the end at least though lol.

My boss even asked if I was willing to help out again on Thursday. Of course, I agreed cuz why not? Although that means I have to wake up early again and be there by 5am. Haha...oh boy...

He thanked me as well cuz I've been a very great help especially since we've been short on workers lately. I love being helpful.
