New week. New goals. New plan.🙌🏽☺️🙌🏽 Over 6 weeks into the offseason and I'm loving being able to see what my body CAN do &have done pretty well maintaining and even dropping weight. For this next phase I'm focused on increasing metabolic rate & letting my body work with me not against me. At first I was hesitant to decrease cardio... I've been doing 15-30 (up to 45 ) minutes a day the past few weeks. This week IF I do cardio it'll be no more than 15-20 minute segments.
