Hey fit friends... I've been keeping a little (and ever growing) secret the last few months. 🤫 . My husband and I are expecting our first child, a baby boy, this October! 👶🏻💙 . You may (or may not) have noticed for a while my workouts were nearly nonexistant (respiratory issues on top of first trimester nausea and fatigue). Also, no progress pictures and strategically posed full body pictures! 😜 . Second trimester has been treating me well *knock on wood* so I've been able to do more and get back to working out!
