Good day for arms today, didn't get to do my compound exercises for legs due to gym being busy but did manage to hip abduction 50kg which is a new PB for me. I had some issues with my protein fulfilling meal afterwards, felt like I was just trying to get it down. I'm going to have to keep thinking of more ways to get protein in with fibre. I am also trying to be realistic about my body and my dress, I do think I may need to commit to the new smaller size and also be realistic that I don't get roundness in my butt the way I wish and even with weight training I've only improved shape but size is still not really in play because I don't gain weight there and bone structure and weight distribution does frankly have a lot to do with it.
