So he’s over 200 years old? Must suck to train for over 200 years and then meet a 20 year-old who can surpass you. Bam’s around 20 I think? Then again, who knows anyone’s age, I don’t think there’s a confirmed concrete age.

of all people, caleb being the one to fail to bring molly back, when his whole story has been about wanting to bring his family back... it truly is something

of all the fate-like coincidences in this campaign, the one that gets me the most is the fact that it was molly, of all people, who died

imagine. imagine! if any of the others had died instead. it was tragic, absolutely, but also so thematically and narratively perfect for molly specifically. the character whose entire plot surrounds death and rebirth, and the only character whose body could return in that way, to become an enemy wearing the face of a friend

and then for molly to make it back? through a miracle? resurrected by taliesin's next character in a sequence of the unlikeliest of dice rolls?

this truly is an example of the magic of improvised ttrpg storytelling -- this story could not have happened in this way, with all this magic, in any other medium
