i'm probably reading too much into it but when fjord sees he's unintentionally changed his appearance the FIRST thing he checks are his bottom teeth

only for them to go back to the nubbly half-tusks he actually has

right after which he notices the guard looking at him and he covers his face. considering they actually animated the difference between the flat human teeth and his own growing tusks, and the fact that for him there were much simpler ways to check out his altered appearance (the difference in ears, for example) makes me think that, well. if you suddenly realized you changed your appearance, wouldn't you also immediately check the feature that you are most insecure about?

Controversial opinion, but I think it's good to have stories about how people who have done terrible, horrible things can and should try to become better. Especially in societies/under governments that demonize and dehumanize criminals as a whole. Writing off any group of people as irredeemable is wrong and runs the risk of parroting fascist ideals.

Jester’s “You taught me that love isn’t about being swept away, it’s about standing solid, it’s about choosing to stay” and Fjord’s “You were there reminding me that joy isn’t something you have to earn, it’s something you can choose” being such perfect bookends to their journey together and individual journey’s of deconstructing who they think they have to be.

The way it parallels Jester’s “It feels like we know each other really well. In all those books I read it’s two strangers forging this passionate affair and it doesn’t feel like that, it feels comfortable.” in ep121 and Fjord’s “You know when someone makes you feel a way that you don’t think you have any right to feel? Or you never thought that you might?” in ep108.

Jester’s disillusionment witnessing the world for what it really is, putting on a brave face, but then finding a comfortability and continuous love for the complexities of life and the people in it. Fjord believing he doesn’t deserve any happiness or love in his life, putting on a brave face, but then learning he’s still supported and accepted through his vulnerabilities and weaknesses. The way they grew with each other. Fjord, who never had a home, who never felt like he belonged, telling Jester “Anywhere you are, that’s where I belong. I will be your anchor, your partner and your home just as you have been mine.”

Hi my name is Occtis Darkness Episode 4 PC Death Tachonis and I have ebony black hair that covers my occipital bone (that's how I got my name) and reaches my shoulders and neon green eyes like Re-Animator goop and a lot of people tell me I look like Alex Ward (AN: if u don't know who he is get da hell out of here!). I'm not related to Thaisha Lloy but I wish I was because she treats me like a son already. I'm a hollow one but I look basically alive. I have gaunt olive skin. I'm also a necromancer, and I go to a magic school called the Pentevral in Dol-Makjar where I'm on academic leave (I'm twenty). I'm a goth (in case you couldn't tell) and I wear mostly black. I love the Mercanaud Couturier and I buy all my clothes from there. For example today I was wearing a black coat and a black leather pants, a purple waistcoat, a white cravat, fishnets, and black combat boots. I was wearing black lipstick, black eyeliner and purple eye shadow. I was walking outside the Palazzo Davinos. It was snowing and raining so there was no sun, which I was very happy about. My brother Ethrand stared at me. I put up my middle finger at him.

it’s a good thing they’re not tablebottom games because otherwise you’d have to fuck around with like magnets or glue or some shit. youd always have to be dealing with dice or miniatures falling into your eyes. hard to rp expressively while living in constant fear of banging your head. honestly we’re so lucky when you think about it

Yeah, so uh--what freaked me out the most...the moment when I thought I actually fucked up. When Brennan told me that I--my spirit like, faded away and disappeared, my thought--and I kinda got into this in the cooldown--I thought...I messed up...Brennan and I's plan, by rolling poorly. And Brennan. Just killed me.

So, I did leave the table thinking, I really fucked up, and--I was gonna have to make a new character. So I was already brainstorming new character ideas when...that happened, because--I walked off set, and Marisha was just looking at me and just went--'What happened?' And I was like I-I don't know, cause--Brennan and I were not nice and didn't tell anybody that I was going to die."
