I got this app and I really like the challenges. It has two challenges for each level and there are three levels so you can do the entire thing in 6 months. It has arms, core, legs and body weight challenges, I think I’ll do all of them except the body weight. I think it could be good for beginners looking to get fit. And it’s not just the same exercise over and over! It has many exercises that work all the muscles. Idk would anyone wanna do this with me? I’m starting to feel like my elliptical work outs aren’t enough, and this would be a good way to get strong to do more advanced yoga.
Day 2: Your Fitness Story
I've always been a skinny girl since I was a kid, and playing with my weight was easy. I could eat just about everything in one sitting and lose it by skipping dinner the next night. Then a couple of years ago I figured that I was hurting my body. I was also smoking in high school through college. I eventually quit smoking, but I needed another habit to replace the old one. So I thought, maybe exercising would be good since it's supposed to de-stresses you. So since then, I haven't turned back.
Day 4: Your greatest fear regarding your weight loss
obviously failure..or getting off track. i have some goals i would like to achieve as far as running goes, and it's hard sometimes to keep motivated, but i am taking it one day at a time :)
