Kırlangıçların akşam uçuşlarını yaptığı, günün son ışıklarını çığlıklarıyla uğurladığı saatler.. Çocukların akşam üzeri oyunlarının son kalabalığı.. Güneş gitti ama odamın içinin karanlığı henüz bastırmadı. Akşamın serinliği çıplak ayaklarımın üzerine serilmiş, bense üç gündür sana yazacağımın düşüncesiyle fotoğraflarımıza bakıyorum. İlk görüşme için on yedi sene, ilk görüşmeden sonra da bir sene geçti üzerinden. Sessizliğimizin üzerinden ise dokuz ay.

Die Beerdigung,

so anders als geplant.

So viel Sorge um meine liebe Cousine, der es plötzlich nicht gut ging.

Es war nicht wichtig, die Beisetzung verpasst zu haben. Es war wichtig, da zu sein.

Meine Emotionen waren plötzlich nicht mehr kontrollierbar, doch schnell bin ich meinem Herz gefolgt.

Und es war richtig.

So wie es auch auf meinem großen Lebens- und Liebesweg sein wird.

So dankbar für diese Familie

Downloaded MFP, which feels slightly dangerous. I remember how obsessive I got with my predictive mark calculator in final year of law school... though the results were excellent. I right away noted the bullshit 1200 goal and got rid, don't need anything insane like that near me. I'm hoping it's useful as a calculator not goal tracking. But mainly I'm interested to see what the waist measure test yields for me. I'm not happy with just straight lbs on the bathroom scale, as I'm actively increasing my muscle density I can expect it not to be number down = good/ up = bad... I had a task in 2022/early 2023 with my weak glutes and there's been serious improvement, which had really helped with back pain. Ditto my ab muscles, I can't see loads of definition or anything but endurance is so much better and that helps with PF stuff. I get so nervous around weight stuff in case I get obsessive. I haven't had a restrictive ED yet but I've got the profile for it. Especially seeing as my horribly abusive mother used body image as her favourite weapon until her brain turned to pudding. Couldn't have happened to a nicer lady.
