AG: So you remem8er literally nothing I told you a8out myself? Not even the, uh…….. AG: Compromising stuff? EB: well, you did just show me around your planet. which was really cool! EB: … there's compromising stuff? AG: Your species would think so. 8ut I guess it doesn't matter anymore. EB: i guess not. EB: but who says we can't get to know each other again?
Hell, it wouldn’t even be that hard. She only had, like, four conversations with John Prime, so it shouldn’t take too long to form an equally strong Social Link with his doomed self.
EB: so now what do we do? aside from be dead for probably ever. AG: Man, I don't know.
Well... there are some serious asterisks attached to that 'forever’, as both of these characters could potentially return to the living world. Death in Homestuck has been curable ever since Act 1, when we resurrected a mischievous old lady who probably doesn't even have a ghost.
If we gain access to the reboot session’s Kernelsprites, Vriska could easily be revived via prototyping her body. Furthermore, while Doomed John’s body probably vanished with his timeline, there’s nothing stopping us from bringing a Kernelsprite to the Ring, and trying to prototype his ghost directly. We won’t know whether it works until we try!
I love that this huge, foreboding gateway to Typheus’s dark domain still features his cute lil’ browser icon.
EB: well, like i said, i flew up to the last gate. like this. […] EB: it brought me inside the palace. […] EB: i had that weird feeling of getting to a place in a video game you are not supposed to be yet, because you don't have the right powerups and such.
Which was pretty much literally the case. This is clearly a Lv90 combat zone, and when Terezi tossed you in here, you were Lv20 at best.
Forget the boss himself; the Typheus minion would probably have wrecked your shit.

“All right, listen, Buck, you don’t have to do this. You think I’m gonna let the new guy have all the fun? Besides you wanted us to bond. We might end up real close.”
For @alagiuli
Send me a 911 epi and a character and I’ll make a gifset of my fave scene of them in that epi!
