Dalgona Coffee Attempt 2

I tried dalgona again, to chase that heart racing feeling only pure 2 tablespoons of coffee and sugar and water on top of milk and nothing else can give me (and a hint of vanilla essence). I think the froth turned out better this time, in that it actually possessed a quality of froth, so it’s less ice coffee and more proper (?) dalgona. The bittersweet cold and milky texture makes this a great cold coffee milk.

FINAL PITCH

Everything that has a beginning has its ending. Indeed, we had our final pitch last March 13, 2019. Care to know what happened? Well, from the prototype to the final product including our presentation, all of these were finalized amidst the challenges we encountered.

March 9, 2019, we already had our prototype. However, we still have to fix it since we have difficulty on pulling and pushing it. Also, on the same day, we consulted our technopreneurship instructor and performed a rehearsal regarding the upcoming final pitch. So far, she pointed on our need to add on our powerpoint presentation the traction slide. In line with that, she added that our prototype should be well-developed.

In addition, due to the hectic schedule we had, we found it difficult to work on our final pitch preparation. Thus, a day before the final pitch, March 12, 2019, we were still fixing our prototype and multitask with the finalization of our powerpoint presentation. And since we have to introduce our product so that we will be able to add a traction slide, we selected only 10 people at Zone 8, Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City near the residence of Kilat family where we were working on our prototype. Fortunately, 8 out of 10 travellers/campers, are willing to use our product. Some of them even suggested that it would be better to provide a handle on our product and make sure that it would be thinner in size.

On the day of our presentation, March 13, 2019, we went to school earlier than our schedule. In fact, being a 22nd presentor, we were already in school even though the final pitching haven’t started yet. We kept on practicing our presentation since I and Wenna were assigned for it. And, in God’s grace, we presented our Final Pitch well. However, the panel suggested to improve our product design, make it foldable into much little size, and make sure that we had innovated something.

To wrap it all, it’s still a job well done to all of us ‘cause we know that we did our best. Now, we just have to finish the other requirements in this subject aside from this final pitch. Then, I can say that it was all finished; finished in terms of the requirements but the memories and the lessons we gained will always be within our minds and hearts.

💙💜💙💜So tomorrow is Valentine's Day not that it matters to me. I'm one of those forever alone people who have been alone since forever. This day is only a reminder of how alone I really am. I know this sounds like a pity party but it's not. I'm just going to put my thoughts out there because I always keep them inside when no one even listens anyways so yeah. I like someone who is with someone. This someone doesn't even know so that's good and not humiliating to me in any way. The only thing it is is purely exhausting and it's not really that fun. I've liked this guy for almost a year already and I'm just stuck in the same place because that's all I let myself do stay in the same spot in my life. I continue to stay unhappy but that is my fault. He is going to start a life with someone and all I can think about is how I wish he was with me somehow. It doesn't really have to be a romantic thing I just wish we were like great friends or something at least. I would take friendship over acquaintances I guess. Or just co-workers I should say because that is all we are. But you feel like you want it all you feel like you want the romantic part. Because well I'm human obviously. But all this is is pure torture for me. Especially since I can't seem to get over this and I really would enjoy this if it was over I would like to move on with my life already. After all I have a life to live and I'm just trying to find my way through because it is so difficult as it is that now I have to have a hopeless crush on someone. What I really want is for this to go away now because it's not going to end up going anywhere. The only thing this will do is hurt me in the end this is why I need to let go already. It's just hard and I don't know why it is because I've never felt like this about anybody before not that that's a good thing. Which is why it really confuses me because I don't know what it means to me. I don't understand what this new feeling is it just feels really terrible when you can't do anything about it because you have to be a decent person. It really just sucks having to like someone you know wouldn't even be into you anyways. But I will figure this out I will get a grip on my life eventually. It just sucks when you realize that most people have someone who will go to the ends of the Earth for them and that is just what I want. that is what I crave in my life so desperately and I don't get to have it. So yeah for now the day means nothing to me. I would like it to mean something not necessarily in the way that someone buys me things and loves me. What I want is for someone to feel like they need me in their life and they want to care for me just as I am. I want to make a difference in someone's life. I want us to love each other and to be each other's other half of the story. The complete ending of everything. So like I said, for now tomorrow just has to be another day.💙💜💙💜
