#50 lbs

As of today I've lost 50 lbs. The pain in my legs & knees is drastically better. Now to learn to maintain through holiday season '25.

I am so worked up right now. I realized how close I am to my initial goal; which was to gain 50lbs. Even from the start I figured I’d push the number higher.

But also part of me didn’t think I’d put on this much. When I hit 162lbs my next goal is going to be 200lbs .. and the thought makes my brain go staticky.

Another part of me knows I won’t stop at two hundred. I’m too used to eating whatever I want when I want. I’d be useless on a diet.

Made it to my gym today 😄💪❤️🐔 Eight 50 lb bags, lifted 3x each = nice little workout. Now to go carry & dump some 5 gallon pails full of chicken 💩

so like earlier. before my shower. naked, as you do. used my selfie camera and the mirror to see my back/backside

and ohmygod

I'm so fucking disgusting and repulsive I almost cried immediately like h oly shit I didn't realize exactly how fat my ass and thighs are, I didn't realize how fucked my hips look especially with my ass too low in comparison

like oh jesus christ I want to start running and not stop until my thighs are twigs I could snap and my butt nearly nonexistent and just

anyway I'm exhausted and depression makes me stupid lazy–
