If you live in the US and are feeling beat down by everything that's been happening lately, especially these past two weeks (yes, it's only been two weeks), and you are wanting to stand up and fight for all of our rights, there is a country-wide protest that is planned for this Wednesday, Feb. 5 at each state's capitol building (times appear to vary from state-to-state but largely seem to start around 11 am or noon).

Even if you don't think you'll be able to go and protest (it is short notice and scheduled for a weekday), think about boosting this information as much as you can, that way word can get to as many people as possible and more people can show up in person.

If you do plan on attending your state's protest, especially if you live in a red state, be safe, take as many precautions as you need to, be aware of your rights, prepare for resistance (just in case), and remain as peaceful and nonviolent as possible.

Time For The Up Coming October Elections! & A MAJOR!!! Heads Up For The November Elections! (I CAN'T EVEN JOKE ABOUT HOW IMPORTANT THIS NOVEMBER ELECTIONS HEADS UP IS)

Hey Everyone! Just continuing the heads up about the up coming months elections! So please spread the word as much as you possibly can!

So far there are only 5 election days this month. There are a good handful of primary special elections happening this month.

ALSO! THIS NEEDS TO BE SAID IN ADVANCE BECAUSE OOOOH BOY!!! NOVEMBER 4TH! THERE IS GONNA BE, and I can not even joke about this (as when I originally did this count in August there was 89 general and special general elections happening, but I've gone thought and did a recount and now there is) 123, let me repeat that.... 123 ELECTIONS HAPPENING!!!! THEIR ARE GENERAL ELECTIONS, SPECIAL ELECTIONS! SO MANY HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE AND STATE SENATE SEATS ARE GOING TO BE UP FOR GRABS!!! While a small handful of local elections are happening.

123 GENERAL & SPECIAL GENERAL ELECTIONS HAPPENING IN 1 DAY RIGHT AT THE START OF THE FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH! THE MAJORITY OF THESE ELECTIONS ARE FOR HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE AND STATE SENATE SEATS! BUT THERE ARE ALSO COUNTY DISTRICT, SCHOOL DISTRICT, CIVIL COURT, AND JUST... so many things being elected on, on this day!

So please spread the word as much as you can so as many people can make as many preparations prepared for this day because of how important it is!!!

Use the Ballotpedia website here to know which state district is having these elections! So make sure you check and see if your district has an up coming election!

Now while there isn't as much happening here in October that doesn't mean that you shouldn't do everything in your power to go out and vote.

If a state has a bunch of stuff going on for the election day I'll make a little blorb list of it leading up to the list of states that'll be having elections that day. I'll also be using 3 --- to help separate between the different days.

Prepare, plan, vote for better representatives, and people who will actually be there and listen to the people that put them in office!

PLEASE call your local representative and tell them to REJECT THE SAVE act next week. Protect voting.

Protect the voice of women, trans, and senior individuals. All of whom may have name changes or difficulty locating the correct papers of seniors.

Married women, who changed their last name, will need their passport on hand to vote. As passports cost some money, they are creating a voting barrier in this way as well.

As the vote was pushed back to the week of April 7th, give your representatives a call THIS WEEKEND ... The 5 calls app is helpful ♡. Good luck, and call your representatives

not to have feelings on main or anything but. theres over 181,000 people in the us national protest subreddit (r/50501) and more joining every day and that is soo many people. like. so many people that are working so hard toward change and i think the movement is only going to keep growing as the organizers get more structure and as more people find out and its going to be enough to make a real difference i think and it just makes me feel v hopeful

I was talking to my hubby yesterday about my sign dilemma & I asked him what he thinks my signs should say. His response? "Headshots of all those hot intact celebrities like Thor with the words 'still think being intact is gross?'" Lol! Great idea, now I wish I had that kind of printing ability!
