Alrighty: 5k challenge week 2 day 1 in the books 🏃🏻♀️ I did my second community event today which was a music festival in the park and I got to play with a bunch of different dogs and boost my new member numbers.
I went from 210.6 at the beginning of the month to 206.2 this morning. I’ve been doing good about not running out for lunch when at work and not doing starbucks. I’ve been doing my greens and keeping my water intake up.
