Today was a milestone for me. Interval running/walking was my friend on the treadmill. (Yes, I had my book out for a little bit haha! I had to finish it!!!) 80 minutes 3.05 miles in the end 542 calories burned Some day, I’ll run a whole mile without stopping, without pains in my feet, and aches in my shins. Then, I’ll run two miles, flawlessly and without losing my breath. Before you know, I’ll run my 3 miles - free of foot pain - and feeling the sweat running down my elbows as I cross the finishing line. I’m finding myself and a new love for running/exercising. I’m at the last few months of a long long year and it’s been a year of self-discovery and reinvention and in the last few months, I feel refreshed and ready to face what comes next and confront what’s happened.
