50 pull ups & 100 push ups
20/40, 10/30, 10/15, 10/15 split
This is one of my favorite routines. It's short and painful. I'm hurting for at least 15 minutes after this routine. It's as hard as you wanna push yourself. Ironically, the weaker I was, the less it hurt since I physically couldn't push myself as much. Nowadays it hurts for a lot longer because I push a lot harder. I'm usually just done after this workout. Ain't nothing better than a 5 minute workout.
