Self Defense. Got in a good quick review of Self Defense up to the 5th set. Then paired off. I worked with a blue belt on 4th and the first 2 in 5th for a few reps each. Class went by so quick today. It was fun!

Self Defense. We did some first & second set drills of self defense together as a group. Then paired off. I was put in charge of the Brown and Green belts for the evening. We worked on Dislocated Shoulder and Short Rib. Two of my favorites.

Brown & Blackbelt class. We started by running 12 laps, then drilled 5th set of self defense: Elbow Form, Spinning Elbow, Ball Bat Attack, Knife Attack & Full Nelson a few times, slow then fast then again and again.
We then broke off and learned more of Konku until we soaked our Gi’s.

Self Defense. We drilled the 5th set and then did some focus work on 2 special parts.

Worked on making contact with the side and back kick and also on the takedown for Elbow Form.
