Overwatch Sprite Set - Phase 1

Overwatch made me want to get back in the pixel art saddle again. As a result, i drew 6 Overwatch character sprites as a warm-up. I’m not fully satisfied, but i am very confident that Phase 2 will be much better.

Phase 2 will feature...

-More dynamic poses! -More contrasted shading! -Higher resolution! -Outlines!

Weekly 2016 Art Report 19

I finally managed to unpack all my boxes. i didn’t draw as much as i should have, due to a couple events after work. And also due to me falling in love with Overwatch...

I did, however, start on a pixel art piece! it’s still pretty rough, not exactly sure of what result i want, but... anyway, here’s some long-awaited Pixel Art!

Hanzo, from Overwatch. I randomly selected him to start the series of pixel art sprites. I honestly find him to be one of the more boring-looking characters... Which is pretty cool since he’s not boring!

Zarya, still a WIP since I didn’t have time to do any shading. I really like Zarya. She’s strong and awesome. I just wish i wasn’t so bad at playing her.

Then again, I’m pretty bad with all the characters right now, haha.

This week’s report comes a bit early since, once again, i have a pretty busy day, gonna go see that Civil War film!
