IG-88 in 6”. According to wookiepedia Iggy’s height is 1.96m (6’5”) and that’s exactly the size he has been translated to in this scale. But is it the right height? I don’t think so. Iggy should be around 2.10m to look right in scale. So they shouldn’t have looked up his height on wookiepedia. The figure otherwise turned out awesome and I love every tiny detail of it, particularly the elbow joints. I just have to be extra careful about his right knee because when you bend it, it will tear one cable. That’s exactly what happened to my 3.75” Iggy when I made him sit down years ago. Don’t do it. I swear he came out like that out of the packaging. Second round of me owning Boba Fett as 6 inch figure. Last time I found him in the wild for 25€ (cheap) on a 4th of May (true story). He was my first 6” figure and even though I didn’t initially want to go down that road, I ended up buying more and more, until I realized that it becomes too much, so eventually I sold the bulk of my 6” figures, including hot figures like Boba or the Sandtrooper. Now, after some regained sanity, I decided to buy the bounty hunters back and Boba Fett, as mediocre as he turned out to be in this scale, is really the most photogenic figure out there. What he lacks in posability, he compensates with looks. It’s a solid figure and it feels good to play with him again. It only would be so much better if his elbows and shoulder joints would have been better articulated and his range sensor (?) would have been movable. But then he would be perfect. Name is Fett. Boba Fett. I always found his name a little silly to be honest, but that may have to do with German being my mother language and only seeing the “Fett” part, which means “fat”. Although “Boba” doesn’t exactly sound fear inducing either. It’s more like a pet name. But he certainly compensates all his flaws with his looks and photogenic abilities. Bossk (Bounty Hunter). Had this figure before, sold it along with 95% of my other 6” figures. Now decided to buy back the bounty hunters since they finally are all available and thanks to the #blackseriesarchive line also affordable. But let’s be honest: this Bossk figure wasn’t great the first time around and it’s still isn’t now. The posability of this figure is so limited due to the poorly executed joints (particularly elbows) and looking at Dengar or other figures, who have nice elbow movability, this could have been easily solved. Also I find that Bossk is rather bulky and not creepily lean and lanky as he appears in Empire. I’m not sure if Bossk’s gun already was as rubbery and cheap looking the first time around but it does its job well, given that the posability of the figure is so limited.
