7-24-19 (Wednesday)
i recently went to a gastroenterologist who ordered a bunch of tests. apparently i have delayed gastric emptying, sibo, and fructose intolerance! fun! at least now i know what’s causing my issues and can start the low fodmap diet.
Hump day
Just got home from a sweaty spin class and the sun is coming up. The air is not humid and in the high 60s. My birthday is on Sunday
