So like… the only thing that really separated Osha and Mae and what made them act so different was that Mae knew the truth and Osha didn’t.

So they really are the same person but split in two.

I thought it was going to be a good/evil light/dark halves before this episode, especially because of the way they’re always dressed, one in light colours and one in dark.

But they’re really just the same. They reacted in the exact same way.

AND THE FACT THAT DURING THEIR FIGHT THEY WERE LITERALLY USING THE SAME MOVES MIRRORED IS CRAZYYY.

I’m so obsessed with the fight choreography in this show. Plz whoever did the choreo needs to do all Star Wars fights from now on. I liked the show overall but I LOVED all the fights.

Like I was expecting Osha to Fall cause that’s kinda what it was leading up to but damn it was different than I thought.

AND THE KYBER CRYSTAL AND LIGHTSABER TURNING RED AND BLEEDING AS OSHA CHOKED DOL WAS CRAZY AND SO COOL.

I’m a bit too excited for Osha Falling but I’m SOOOO EXCITED FOR SEASON 2 AND WHERE THEY TAKE THIS.

I know a lot of people called Qimir being Vernestra’s former padawan but if I hadn’t seen those theories I probably wouldn’t have guessed it. The plot twists can be a bit predictable in this show but honestly they’re shown so well I don’t even care I still feel shocked even if I guessed them ahead of time

Also the Plagueis shot was crazyyyyy

Okay so I saw this hc a while ago that said splinter would give his kids birthdays based on important Lou Jitsu dates (movie release, etc.) and for Leo and Donnie he accidentally said the same dates cause there were 2 events that had the same date so he was like “uhhh twins”

And I love that but if that happened, I feel like things would have ended up being very different

The turtles are huge Lou Jitsu fans (obviously) and they would have absolutely known what those dates mean.

And they would absolutely name themselves after them. Like they never would have gotten their renaissance artist names cause they would have discovered their Lou Jitsu names.

They would have obviously assumed it was some kind of coincidence and they were just MEANT to have these names.

So they’d end up with names like “Crouching Shrimp Hidden Tiger Prawn” or “1 Fish, 2 Fish, Red Fish – Dead Fish” or “Bedtime for Bozos”. And they would’ve eventually come up with nicknames or something but they’d 100% be adamant that those are their names.

And splinter would actually be laughing his ass off but also cringing inside.

New ROTTMNT AU just dropped!!!

So we’ve all heard of how rise season 3 was supposed to introduce 2 new turtles, one of which was Big Mamas assistant (concept name Frida, named after Frida Kahlo)

I was thinking about them, then those thoughts turned into a notes file on my phone, then those notes turned into a drawing (I changed a few things tho)

Also credit to @/x.bluell on tik tok, his Frida edit inspired me to do this. It was great you should check it out!!

So without further ado I introduce…

Frida (black and yellow) and Dorothea (pink)!!!

This AU takes place a year after the Krang invasion and follows Fri and Thea as they find out about their brothers and their abilities. Will the Hamatos and the sisters be able to trust each other? Or will trust issues and traumatic pasts make it impossible?

So excited for this.. proper character sheet things coming soon (idk if I did them right, but this is my AU and I put what I want on my character sheets)

One thing I’m curious about is if newer pjo fans coming from the Disney+ show will be confused by people making fanart of the book descriptions instead of the actors appearance

Especially with the main trio but even with other characters like Clarisse or Chiron or even Luke.

Both versions are who the character are and people will definitely be drawing both, as they should

Also I think that it’s important that to those of us who do know what’s happening to politely explain (this is especially important with characters who were white in the book and are poc in the show, like Annabeth or Clarisse)

Another thing is having to tag spoilers for things that have not been spoilers for YEARS

Like it’s been known for over 10 years that Selina pulls a Patroclus and takes Clarisse’s armour, but that wouldn’t be around for AT LEAST another 5 years, if the show even makes it that point (I really hope it does because I will cry my heart out)

But this show is going to change that fandom so much for better and possibly worse (new wave of luke apologists 😖) but I’m so excited to have new fans AND THE EDITS. I love pjo edits now but they’re all of fanart, imagine actual fight scenes? I’m so excited.

I can’t wait.

I just think to a certain point the grudge by Oliva Rodrigo could be about both rise!splinter and 2012!splinter.

Rise!splinter towards Big Mama and how he still cares about her at least a bit even after everything she did. And how he doesn’t understand how or why she would do it.

And 2012!splinter with shedder, how they were brothers and grew up together. And just because Saki couldn’t have Tang Shen he killed her and kidnapped her and Splinters daughter. And splinter is just left so lost and confused, mourning his wife and daughter. How they might be brothers but he could never forgive that. Like yea, they fought but those cuts were NOT equal. And after everything Sami still tries to kill the turtles and takes out his anger at Splinter on them.

I need to stop listening to music and finding characters to associate it with 😭
