We are never 100 though we may have been at one point

But we are no longer and never will be again

When you hear the scratching at your mind, the clawing at your sanity,

the tearing of your reality, and it fills your every day,

you will never be whole again.

We are told that if we can be healthy one day,

that we must be able to be so every day, like it’s a fact.

But when your walls come down and you see what’s beyond
