“No, I thought of that, and I took a test. Twice. I’m definitely going to have a baby.”

“Fuckin’ a. That’s uh - should we get married right now? Fuck, I was gonna do this right and real romantic and shit but I don’t even have rings yet-”

“You want to marry me?”

“Yeah, of course! I mean, if you want to. I was gonna get a suit and shit but like, we don’t have to get married if you’re not into it, like, getting married just ‘cuz we’re pregnant is some heteronormative bullshit, I get that. But I was gonna ask you as soon as you got a job and we were more settled so-”

“Thank fuckin’ god. Okay, so, baby. This is moving up the whole five-year plan but fuck it. We can do this. If Chuck lets us swap rooms we can definitely fit a crib and that’ll buy us some time.
