Jins leans even closer to watch, one hand braced on the glass while the other still rests protectively over their stomach. Ubiquity tries very hard not to think about how natural it feels to stand this close to them, or how instinctively he shifts so their shoulders touch. “So,” Jin says casually, eyes on the moving claw. “You’ve been weird today.” Ubiquity’s hand nearly slides clean off the joystick. “Wha–? Weird?” “Mm.” Jin hums. “Fidgety too. What’s going on?” The claw descends too early and grabs nothing but air. It rises again, empty, and Ubiquity exhales through his nose. “Maybe…I just wanted to hang out.” Jin gives him a look that says they know him far too well for that answer to hold. It’s not pushy, though, just…patient. Soft. Waiting with their eyes glued to Ubiquity’s hand as he urges the claw onwards again.
