I just got to Abby’s appearance again and she says “that he stopped waiting for me a long time ago” and then it cuts to Buck with Eddie talking about Christopher. Like yep, he’s in a very domestic friends to lovers relationship and has a step kid that he worries about now lol.

I know he's focusing on staying alive and whatever but does sam really not figure out the firefighter named buck that's helping him is his fiancé's ex until he's being loaded into the ambulance
