I am convinced in a mildly annoying and not very invested way that Blue and Ryan are half brothers that are actually related so that people wouldn't ship the two main male characters with each other. (Not that being FULL brothers has ever stopped anyone, you know who you are) I am only on episode 5 maybe halfway through and honestly I'm not convinced on the show it's kinda dumb but I think 911 in general is getting dumber so 🤷. But I know they are trying to set up one of the female fire fighters to be Blues romantic interest and I can't see it or care because we know literally nothing about these women. One is a doctor the other plays guitar I don't know their names. Sure we find out BLUE IS DIABETIC BEFORE LEARNING ANYTHING ABOUT WHO ARE THESE WOMEN ARE SUPPOSED TO BE. They certainly aren't passing the bechdel test. There names are Taylor and Roxie BTW. Anyway that's my hot take but maybe we should ship the women and leave the guys alone ok I'm tired of guy date girl at work they both happy then not happy and round and round we go. Imagine Buck and Eddie’s third date. It goes well - really well -, and the romance is great, but now they both want something else.
So, Eddie drives Buck home, and instead of leaving him at the door like he did the two previous times, he goes inside and locks it.
Buck is perplexed, to say the least, staring at the shorter man who for some reason now looks ten times stronger than before, and decides to face his whole body towards him.
“What are you doing?”
And Eddie would love to explain it to him. The way his eyes glazed with the streetlights, and his pants wrapped perfectly around his ass, and how fucking gorgeous that red shirt looked on him, but what he owns in strength he lacks in words, so he doesn’t.
No, this time? This time he walks the distance between them and pushes Buck against the wall, taking his face with both hands and kissing him roughly. At first he thinks Buck won’t reciprocate, maybe too stunned to do nothing but wait for it to pass, but then he opens his mouth.
That’s when Eddie knows it’s over.
They touch and grope; it’s not careful. Shirts get tossed, belts get loosened. By the time they break to catch their breath, they’re mostly naked.
Buck would love to look down, but he’s scared Eddie will follow his lead and not like what he sees, cuz he’s been going to the gym for three years now, but he still feels too little. Just as little as he was when he met the 118.
However, nothing prepares him for the sultry look that takes over the older man’s face. It’s tainted with what seems to be lust, but resembles hunger. It’s dark, it’s menacing, it’s beautiful.
“You… like?”
His words threaten to break the enchantment but Eddie’s forearm quickly takes its place on Buck’s neck, choking him and pushing him back. “You have no idea.”
And that’s all it takes, really. After that, neither of them remembers going for the lube, or putting on a condom. All they can say is how good it felt when Eddie turned Buck around and pinned him to the wall, gripping his hips with bruising force, only to enter him without hesitation.
He remembers the initial pain, followed by softer words of encouragement, but mostly he remembers Eddie’s praise. ‘Buck, Buck, Buck’. A plea for each thrust.
Then he’s coming. Inside.
Yet Buck barely has a minute to savor the win of being filled when Eddie’s turning him around and kneeling in front of him, taking him whole inside his mouth.
He moves quickly, expertly, despairingly.
So, Buck’s younger, so what? He comes really fast, banging his head and gripping nothing. He releases much more than he ever had, and Eddie swallows it all. It’s impressive.
Still, not a single warning made his way before Eddie’s standing up and forcing his tongue down Buck’s throat, kissing him like his life depended on it -and you know what? I might-.
The pleasure’s convenient though, when only three seconds later Eddie’s pulling away and slapping him on the shoulder.
“Nice” he says, then walks upstairs. “Gonna use your bathroom before cuddling your ass”.
Buck’s left there, panting, moaning, hard.

9-1-1 Ship:
I know you wanted Lou, but I honestly ship you more with Buck, sorry! I just think Buck has more of that emotional loving side that you deserve (not that Lou doesn't but you know what I mean lol). Plus Buck is always down for deep meaningful conversation. He doesn't know how to cook very well, but once you moved in with each other, he learned your favorite dishes so he would make them for you.

'Falling Asleep'
Exhaustion was heavy in the air as you, Buck and Chimney sat in the fire engine. Chimney was already fast asleep, and you were struggling to keep your eyes open.
Your body swayed with every turn and bump, and you hoped you'd be able to make it to the fire station before loosing all your energy entirely.
But before you realized, the tiredness was taking over as your eyes slowly began to shut as your body went limp. You slowly fell sideways, your head landing on the shoulder of Buck.
Buck was staring down at his phone, his own eyes burning from sleepiness. Your long shift was finally over, and he couldn't wait to slip into bed.
Feeling something hit his shoulder, he looked over, seeing you leaning against him, your head bouncing lightly on his shoulder. Your eyes were tightly shut, fast asleep.
Buck looked at you as a smile crossed his face. You looked exhausted, yet content. Grabbing his fire-coat that he had sitting by his feet, he carefully moved as to not wake yo.
Setting the coat on your legs to keep you warm, he gently caressed your cheek with his fingers. He watched you for a few more moments, cherishing how you used him as a pillow. He could definitley get used to this.
He knew he'd have to wake you up once you reached the station, but until then, he would cherish this. Leaning back, and gently setting his own head against yours, he closed his eyes and relaxed.

Now, in this case, I do ship you with who you hoped lol. Arthur! He is drawn to people a little less extroverted and chaotic than he is. He finds you comforting and sees you as his safe place and home.

Arthur loves reading the stories you write (if you allow him to read them that is). He adores your style, and always encourages you to write more, and is quite good at helping you with your muse.
He is also a lover of anything you draw. If anyone asks him about his partner, he often refers to you as an artist, both in written word and sketching.
Though Arthur comes off as a bot of a dorky non-serious type, he has a more intellectual side than many are aware of. The two of you can sit and talk for hours about anything and everything, and never tire of it.
I think Arthur is secretly very good at cooking, and loves to cook dinner for the two of you.
