good evening friends i'm currently camping outside and I hear coyotes yipping nearby

Okay.......... or better not okay

Someone just rang my apartment bell (it's past midnight). I was playing minecraft and was more than surprised and a bit.... well this strange feeling you have when someone is outside your door in the middle of the night. I didn't answer the door, just stayed silent and listened. Then suddenly a ping noise and the lights went off. No electricity whatsoever. The electric meter is outside in the hallway. I gotta admit, I was somehow scared and alarmed. It was still silent outside and pitchdark (in the hallway and my apartment). Then one of my neighbours came out (seems they had no light either) checking and moments later the lights were on again. Really strange.......... Normally I like living alone but in situations like this I wish I wasn't.....
