Yeah, no ways.

My first time writing Teansmasc! People in general so please inform ne if I got something wrong. I myself am a cisgender girl but want to diversify my writing skills and make anybody feel comfortable and seen in my writing. This is based off of the work of snakebirdredkatana.

"Uuh, yeah, absolutely not."

Tim isn't above alot of things whenever it comes to disguises. He doesn't mind dying his hair blonde or shaving the entire thing off and getting a fake goatie in order to turn into someone any self-respecting person would feel like they are about to be called some obscure slur for merely breathing the same air as him.

But boundries exist and they exist especially with him.

"What the hell Bruce? I thought you were...different. I thought I could trust you."

Tim dropped the offending wig and crinkled, rose dress. Desdemona. Desdemona was going to be his mission name. It read in cursive over the file he was handed. Desdemona Wilbrew. A deep,anger consuming breath filled his lungs and the apparent air in the old man's head. He stared down the younger as if he'd grown a third head. As if he didn't see anything wrong.

"Are you serious?? Do you at all realise how fucked up what you're suggesting even is?"

“Tim, it's the best course of action. You're practically perfect for the role and-".

Abd that's when the betrayal twisted in his chest. It chocked the air out of his throat and left the thrombin anger in there instead. Perfect. Perfect enough to be anger.

"If you didn't like trans people, you should've just told me before I entered this family."

To this, Bruce went bewildered and panicked. His face twisted in near offense.

"Tim, we're a family. Where would you have even gotten the idea I am some transphobe?"

Tim squinted his eyes up at the middle aged man. The dumbest one he has ever met.

"You gave a trans man the role of acting as a cisgender woman down the street."

To this, Bruce nearly falls over his own feet.

"Wait, you're trans? Not like it matters but...wow."

"Uh, yeah? Damnit Bruce, why did you think I constantly asked you money as a kid for T-shots?"

"It was that?"

Tim, with all the muster of a child who quite literally raised a murderous adult for the duration of his baby teenhood, gives the most Alfred-esque disapproving look he could muster.

"What else would I spend your money on?"

"Someone else's Testerone shots." Bruce simply shrugs and of course, Jason (who was definitely not scurrying around like a rat around the manor because he left a single piece of literature he hadn't really got to finish and apparently Mindy from bookclub tried ruining who the main character eventually chooses between the guy she died for and the guy who is doing his hardest to bring her back to life for him and he is not letting that happen on his watch.) Completely stops his search, pops his head into the room and tilts his head and darts his head to the dress on Tim's bed.

"I'm wearing the damn dress Bruce,"

And that is how Jason, for now Gabriella, became a ditzy buff muscle mommy the target constantly asks on dates and Jason considers knocking the teeth of for the duration of the mission.

meanwhile, Kiryu:

(the D in the sign is for "dad" btw) (kiryu and kaito were both assigned dad at public park 3)

kaito and kiryu- on the surface theyre pretty similar character, theyre both really strong, stubborn men that care deeply about the people around them and do things their own way- but kaitos SO different from kiryu and it scratches my brain and idk what to do about this.

like i think the more i play judgement and just other games in the franchise in general the more i understand why some of the new characters from the ichiban saga just dont resonate with me. its happened so many times already where ill think i finally have a good grasp on kaitos personality and then he'll say or do some shit that just wrecks my perception of him (in a good way, i love kaito i forced myself to start judgement for him before i fell in love with yagami also) and with some of the new characters, stuff like that just doesnt happen anymore? character developments and plot twists arent really what im talking about here im not sure how to explain it but im gonna leave it there tbh-

back to the gorillas-

kaitos like a more *insert adjective here* version of kiryu in some ways and i just keep comparing them whenever something happens and its driving me insane? i keep thinking about that story beat where an old friend "tricks" kaito and yagami doesnt catch on that hes just playing along, and its mostly because kaitos supposed to be a "stupid meathead" so the thought that he might be insisting for him to leave is because hes got things under control doesnt even cross yagamis mind (to give him some credit yea he was acting stubborn over being worried and kaito couldve just told him about his plan but. i lost my train of thought but you get it. like. kiyru would also not want to accept someones help in something like that and yes things wouldve probably also gotten solved with a brawl but... train left again.)

like, kaitos not a softie like kiryu is, yes hes kind and has a soft spot for kids and his friends but hes not... stupid. and kiryu is stupid. hes just strong enough and has enough street smarts to compensate for it. i feel like im going in circles and just proving myself wrong because that sounds exactly like kaito but its NOT- actually i think the core difference is that kaitos got a shorter fuse, and kiryu is a dweeb with big muscles and the curse of being the chosen one in any given underworld conflict. hm. im gonna drive myself insane over this. their personalities are nothing alike but my brain keeps trying to compare them here and there because on paper their real similar to each other but in execution. i feel like i should probably talk about their actual interactions in the kiryu gaiden and how characters kept comparing them to each other and how they did butt heads alot because of their similar temper but they ultimately did feel like two very different dudes. iim going to bed now go my disjointed thoughts
