Sorrryyyy I'm not gonna tell! (I'm a fiend when it comes to protecting my own story spoilers echchchch) Only thing I can say is that I definitely plan on spending more time with Demeter, part of this retelling is to make it more accurate to the original myth that LO attempted (and failed at) retelling itself.

In the meantime though (as it's gonna be a whiiiile until we get to anything related to the journey of Demeter) if you want some good Baubo content, go read Theia Mania by @a-gnosis! It's on hiatus currently but there's lots to read ! (assuming you haven't read it already haha)

Hello y'all, I published a story based on Norse mythology for a change.

Despite doing everything right in the ritual, völva Heiði fails to reach the state where she can see the past, the present and the future. Desperate as the queen wants answers, she prays to Freyja, the Mistress of Magic. She did not ecxpect such a hands-on approach...

Upcoming in May is another wlw tale in which Demeter, fed up with male gods, seeks the comfort of Aphrodite.

Patrons will also get to vote for these four prompts inspired by MerMay and Hermes' mum Maia (potentially) being the namesake of the month of May or Maius.

And since I don't think I spoke about this on Tumblr yet: I'm moving everything from Patreon to my own website since some of my stories are not in accordance with Patreon's new guidelines already and it's only going to get worse. I'm not deleting anything unless they make me but new stories will be posted exclusively to my own website which Patreon members can access with their Patreon login but you can also sign up directly, without going through Patreon.

Some fanart that I made @a-gnosis ‘ Aphrodite and Ares. I would imagine that both of our Aphrodites and Ares would get along with each other since both of our versions was much more derived and inspired by the older Ancient Mesopotamian counterparts, Inanna/Ishtar/Astarte. My version of Aphrodite, however, might be much more a dangerous and a menacing femme fatale figure under the Olympian roof; due to her warlike qualities, and how much the power of love can bring life and death to all things. She was the creature of both creation and destruction, with her power going through both the natural and the supernatural world, to say the least.
