Sleeping Cranes from St. Louis tears it up in their song “Laramie County Apocalypse”!
This little ditty is by my pal, A.J. (aka Sleeping Cranes). This is from his most recent EP, "Atman" (2010). A.J. is a brilliant lyricist and judging by his last EP, he is only getting better. I know that he is working on some new stuff now and, from what I've heard from it, he is really reaching new heights. Be prepared for a new level of vocal work and as always a vivid labyrinth of lyrics. I am excited to hear the new things he has to offer. This young sir was originally from Illinois and is now located in the square state of Wyoming. Sleeping Cranes is unmistakable proof that Wyoming isn't just for squares anymore.
