Hirugami has a big exam today.
He’s not usually worried, because he’s studied and all. He’s also been doing well in his studies. But he keeps remembering that now he’s not playing volleyball and that any little mistake he does will actually cost a life.
He felt his phone vibrate and sees her name. Without thinking, he unlocks his phone to find that (Name) sent him a text with their dog, Mochi. Mochi’s their second dog. Pan, his childhood dog, was probably resting on her feet.
A smile spreads on across his face, fingers quick to type a reply before pocketing his phone away.
He’s not so worried anymore.
