i wish people would write gai as the insane freak he is more often... dont get me wrong- i, too, think he's an angel and he's perfect etc etc. but he's also just Not well adjusted at all. and is absolutely not equipped to solve anyone's problems. he can't even solve his own. his life is centered around overworking himself so that he can Achieve Suicide. which is not a good foundation for a healthy and fulfilling life.

i want to see gai with terrible habits. i want to see gai be off putting in more ways than just as a loud, poorly fashioned man. i want to see gai's self destructive mindset. i want to see him actively looking for justifications to kill himself!!!!!! i want him to be unreasonable and short tempered and pushy and be a bad horrible terrible role model for his students. i want to see gai genuinely lost with what to do with himself bc he didnt expect to live this long!!!!!!!! where is my freak!!!!!!!!
