Today I discovered old MangaStudio files can be opened and edited on ClipStudioPaint - - Amazing program! - - but the best part is all that unfinished art sitting on my jump drive now gets a second chance to be finished and thrive. I touched this up this morning - - my fanart to ChildrenoftheSun was always a 2-parter - - and kept the old date, because, well, it was mostly finished from back then... :)
<3 “Love Drunk” is Still a great fic, and I highly recommend it for those in need of a Good Omens giggle!
Pages 4-6 of “The Fake Aziraphale” written by @clearinghouse95 and adapted by yours truly :) Things are moving pretty quickly! Mind the odd long black bar at the top of page 6 - - in a printing this would be cut considerably due to page margins. Page 5 was my favorite one to draw :) .
And it starts! Welcome everyone to the first few pages of a manga adaptation of “The Fake Aziraphale”, written by (the amazing) @clearinghouse95 and drawn out by yours truly. This comic will be updated Tuesdays and Thursdays with an aim of 3 pages at a time (because surprisingly that made sense upon review of the page flow), so stay tuned!
I had a lot of fun drawing this this morning. Actually, I've had the pencil sketch for this scene sitting on my desk for awhile. I've been attempting to clear out my Works In Progress pile after a recent bout of physical frailty that has left me shaken and worn. But ANYWAY, that is neither here nor there; I am glad to finally finish and post this :)! This story is already up to chapter 7! Please read it on Archive of Our Own if you feel so inclined. Entanglednow is one of my FAVORITE authors on there, and anyone who has kids or has helped raise kids will cringe in empathy with Crowley's distress in trying to raise a life-sized plant version of himself, which pretty much has the mind of a toddler.
